How do I track my order?
Customers shall be provided with a tracking ID for their respective order. This ID can be used to track and well as contact your delivery
What is your shipping timeline?
Currently, we try to deliver the product at your doorstep within 10 days of placement of order, but in some cases it can take as long as 25 to 30 days.
How do I return an item?
Customers will have to courier the product at the below address with original packaging and tag:

What is your cancellation policy ?
Currently, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, it is only eligible for return

Refund is on the discretion of seller, after quality check of return is done, customer shall be updated on the progress.
Returns should be done within 5 days of receiving the product, after that customers won't be eligible for return.
Refund would be credited within 10 business days after the product reaches the seller.
